Toroscopes: April 2023

As we move into Spring, we bring you another opportunity to gain some clarity with our monthly Toroscopes. As introduced in last months edition, Tor will be using tarot to bring forward messages to the collective. Toroscopes can shed light on any area of your life from love to career to personal growth.

Before you continue scrolling, intuitively pick card 1, 2 or 3 below - there’s no need to overthink this process, simply choose whichever card resonates with you most on first glance:

Read on to find out what each card means for the month ahead alongside a journal prompt and an additional message tailored to each individual star sign.

01: Nine of Cups.

On The Nine of Cups, a woman is holding up seven of the nine cups and two young children have their arms around her waist. Two of the cups are below her.

If you chose card number one, this is a reminder of your inner strength. Even when it feels like it is too much and you are pulled in all kinds of directions with an overwhelming amount of responsibilities, you will always persevere.

Life can sometimes seem overwhelming, but even so, you have the inner strength to move through any challenges in your life right now.

Journaling prompt: What can you let off mentally and physically to lighten the pressure?

02: Ten of Swords.

On the ten of swords, three sad-looking women are on their knees, and the swords are pointing upward behind them.

If you chose card number two, this is a reminder that most of the time, our life is not as bad as it seems. Often our mind makes our life much worse than it needs to be.

Most of the time, 99% of the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and other people are wrong. If we work on changing the way we think and feel, everything will become much lighter. Approach your life with curiosity over judgement.

Journaling prompt: What is one area of your life you need to gain some perspective?

03: King of Swords.

On the king of swords Tarot card, the king is sitting on his throne with his hand outstretched palm facing forward, and his sword hovers in front of him.

If you picked card number three, this is a reminder that instead of allowing only your emotions to rule your life, you need to lean more into logic and reason when moving through an issue or problem.

We should definitely listen to both, but for you, more balance is required.

Journaling prompt: What is one issue you are letting your heart lead you when in fact, this time you need to listen to your head?

Zodiac guidance: In addition to the collective reading, Tor has added spiritual guidance for each star sign using the Tarot.
