Wheat Bag

A linen heat pack that provides cosy warmth and a natural pain relief for decreasing joint stiffness, reducing pain and inflammation and relieving muscle spasms. The inner bag has been segmented into sections to prevent the wheat from collecting on one side of the bag for even distribution of heat. 

Unlike regular heat packs, the Wheat Bag has been designed to reach all the way around your neck or across your back to target aches and pains. To keep your wheat bag clean, the outer linen cover is removable and can be machine washed on a 30 degree gentle wash and avoid tumble drying and ironing.

Founded by Swedish native Lo Blästa in 2017, natural remedies, traditional craftsmanship and a love for linen set the foundation for Blästa Henriët. 

Working with sustainable linen flax and Cotswold wheat, Blästa Henriët self-care products are designed to provide relaxation, natural pain relief and everyday comfort. 

The beautiful fabric is sourced directly from the mill in Europe, whilst every other component of the products is sourced and completed in the UK, including stitching, label making, recycled product packaging and fabric printing.

To heat your Wheat Bag, place it in the microwave (600W) for 1 to 3 minutes. Alternatively preheat your oven to 125 degrees and place the Wheat Bag in for 10 to 15 minutes. To use your Wheat Bag as a cold pack, place it in the freezer for one hour. To prevent your Wheat Bag from absorbing freezer food smells, we recommend placing it in a reusable zip lock bag whilst in the freezer.
